Butterflies - amazing creatures that grow out of caterpillars. Adolescents - amazing creatures that grow out of children. Each transformation is awe-inspiring. Part-mockumentary, part-expose of the painful, poignant & wonderful changes that happen as young people magically shift from baby-fat to hormone-overload. Using the physicality of their bodies, music, movement, stories drawn from personal experience & humour our social butterflies flit from old friends to new in the flap of a wing. Girlfriends made. Boyfriends dumped. New worlds explored. Nectar tasted. Ahhh! The joys & heartbreaks of change.
