The Tower is kneeHIGH’s enormous arts and science project - a 7m high pyramid with heaps of moving sculptures, puppets and gizmos driven by wind, water, electrical and mechanical energy.
This amazing construction combines technical, musical and biological (growing) facets with kinetic sculptures made by the creative team including school students. The inspiration came from a 16th century clock tower with rotating figures and music.
All energy is generated by solar panels, wind generators or pedal pumps - that’s you! The tower has interactive elements to play, pump and switch. It is designed to be disability friendly and will be maintained by the ‘Crew’ kids.
