Words are building blocks. Words give meaning to our lives. Words are wild! Have your students play with words to create a poem which is fun, fantastic, frivolous or serious, sensitive.
This is a new project which invites students to explore the theme of ‘being human’ by creating pictures with words, expressing thoughts and feelings, recalling past experiences and reclaiming themselves through poetry. A selection of students’ poetry will be exhibited and students will be invited to read their works in a public forum.
