Directing the Hero Within is a step-by-step visual guide to documentary making for young people and their teachers created by tallstoreez productionz - Jennifer Lyons-Reid & Carl Kuddell which has been developed with Financial Assistance from the South Australian Film Corporation. The session will introduce the ‘Directing the Hero Within’ resource, which will contain mini-documentaries made by students and hands-on user-friendly tutorials, including a unique cartooning training manual for storyboarding/storytelling (‘Drawing On The Hero Within’) and hands-on tips for digital camera work and non-linear editing.
