Information about performances

Contact us at the Schools Bookings Office for friendly and informed advice! We’re open 8:30am – 5:15pm weekdays, (08) 8267 6920.

Disability Access

Every Come Out 2007 event is held in an accessible venue. Contact us for information.

  1. Select your preferred events and sessions.
  2. Download the Teacher Booking Form above
  3. Complete all the details carefully and fax back to us at (08) 8267 4027 straightaway. Use a separate booking form for each request. Booking requests will be processed in order of fax arrival; many shows booked out early at the last festival, so do not delay!
  4. We will operate waiting lists for any booked-out performances in case of cancellations. Call us at the Booking Office for up-to-date information.
  5. Payment is preferred within 28 days of booking. However, because we understand the intricacies of organising excursions and students’ payments, we are offering a ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ Facility. To finalise your booking the Booking Office must receive full payment by Monday 19 February 2007. See Booking Conditions on this page.
  6. Bookings after 19 February 2007 require full payment at time of booking.
  7. On receipt of your booking request, we will send you a Tax Invoice to confirm your booking. Please pass this Invoice to your School Bursar for payment.
  8. If your first booking preference is not available, your second booking preference will be allocated.
  9. On receipt of your payment we will send you a Booking Confirmation Notice and a Tax Receipt.
  10. Bring the Confirmation Notice to the venue at the time of your booked performance(s) – this is your ticket for entry!
  11. A booking fee of $5 applies per performance.

Booking Conditions - Important Please Read!

  1. Tickets are GST free.
  2. No Booking Form accepted without the name and signature of the person making the booking or an official Order Number.
  3. Changes to ticket numbers and cancellations on unpaid tickets are accepted up to Monday 19 February 2007 at no charge.
  4. Tickets booked but unpaid from Tuesday 20 February onwards will be offered to other schools. Should no school be found to purchase the outstanding tickets, the total cost of the outstanding booking is payable by the person/school whose signature/Order Number is on the Booking Form within 14 days after the ticketed performance date.
  5. Tickets for all performances are subject to availability.
  6. In the unlikely event of a performance being cancelled we will offer you alternative dates/performances if available or a refund on tickets purchased.
