This is your opportunity to watch their films, learn hands on and join in lively panel discussions with the young filmmakers.
Screenings:
Cruise up the red carpet and catch the very best of the films made by young South Australian film makers as part of Directing the Hero Within. Includes a panel discussion led by young people.

What is Directing the Hero Within?
Directing the Hero Within is Australia’s biggest multiplatform digital story-telling project for young people.

DTHW is an ongoing invitation to young people to make a film at school or through a youth service. DTHW offers workshops, professional development for teachers and a training DVD with teachers manual. The DVD provides a user friendly and fun introduction to media literacy across all stages of production - from first idea to finished film.
Master Class led by tallstoreez productionz Hands-on skills development with DTHW artists and peer tutors in edit-in-camera techniques.
Venue: Technology School of the Future, Milner St, Hindmarsh
Date: Thu 10 May 9.30am – 12.30pm
School students: (Ages 12 – 18, Year Level 7 – 12)
Price: $15 per student
And watch out for the roving DTHW youth film crew, involving young people from across SA, as they capture all the fun of Come Out 2007 on film.
