The migration museum
An exciting, investigative multimedia-assisted workshop that shows how the stories of individual lives fit into the local, national and global mosaic of history. Working like historians, white-gloved participants will unpack, investigate, research and record the lives of several South Australians and their immigration stories. They will find out about the historical and political contexts that shaped them and then string these lives together to construct and inform a timeline of 20th and 21st Century immigration history.
